  A few days later they made good on their promise when I decided I needed a longer stem. They replaced it free of charge and rebuilt the bike's rear wheel to fix a misaligned rim. They also offered to restring the brakes to the US standard (right rear, left front).

  I have bought 4 bikes from Mike Turtur Cycles and have always been happy with my purchase. After sales service has been excellent and nothing has been a problem for them. Would recommend them to anybody wanting to purchase a bike or have your existing bike cared for.

  I bought a new bike from here and the buying process was very easy and pleasurable. The salesman was nice and seemed eager to help me find the right bike. It was raining heavily on the day, so taking the bike for a test ride to fit it was not an option but they did promise they would make any adjustments needed once I had a chance to ride it.
